It’s that time of the year again when this year is near to end & the new year is about to start, days are shorter, mornings are cold & children have school holidays. It is a break for children from the school work and time for them to refresh. It is also a good time for parents to bond with their children but keeping them busy and taking care of their extra demands make parents more stressed than usual. Despite planning different activities, we, parents need to answer questions like “What should I do now?”, “I am bored”, which is a challenging task.
Other than that, even tough we parents stock up on healthy snacks, at times those snacks won’t help and we have to get to the kitchen, rather during holidays we spend more time in the kitchen preparing breakfast, meals, snacks etc for children. Wouldn’t it be good if we get an extra hand in the kitchen during holidays??? Exactly, we could make cooking as a fun activity for our children and spend some quality time with them . Based on my personal experience I can surely say that, “Learning to cook” is an important life skill for children, they enjoy helping and learning new things at the same time children also feel a sense of accomplishment when they cook something.
Please try these kids friendly, easy to make & delicious recipes with your kids and enjoy your quality time with your little ones…
