Healthy Snack : Homemade multigrain chips & salsa

Ingredients (for two)

For Chips:
Six Multigrain chapatis fresh/leftover

For Salsa:
4 medium size tomatoes, finely diced
1 big onion
1/2 green chilli
1 cup cilantro/coriander/parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp tomato ketchup
salt/pepper to taste

How to proceed:

Salsa:
1. Finely chop tomatoes, onion, chilli, coriander
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Set it aside for an hour or more

Chips:
1. Cut the chapatis into pieces, the way kids like, triangle, rectangle, square etc
2. Roast these pieces on the hot Tava /grill  till it becomes light brown & hard.
3.Optional – sprinkle some salt, red chili powder, chat masala on the chips

Home made chips-salsa is ready…. Enjoy
