Paneer-Coriander grilled Quesadillas

Four Fresh/leftover multi grain chapatis

For stuffing:
1 cup crushed paneer
1/2 cup coriander
2,3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 green chilli(optional)
2 spoons mayonnaise
2 spoons tomato ketchup
salt/pepper to taste
low-fat Butter for cooking

For the stuffing:
Mix all the ingredients together, divide stuffing into two equal portions

 Tip: Instead of Paneer we could add cheese or cabbage & follow the same recipe.

How to proceed:
1. Place one portion of the stuffing on one chapati.
2. Spread butter on another chapati & place it on the
     top of first chapati
3. Spread some more butter on the topmost chapati
4. Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients to make
    another sandwich
5. Preheat the griller and grill the chapati sandwiches. Or you can
    cook it on the frying pan
6.Your yummy grilled quesadilla is ready
